"Alright, today's is going to be on a fox." ShadowClan had been doing well enough on their own ridding their lands of predators, meaning Virtue and his party were running low on training dummies. Before him lay a fox dead as a rock, dragged back to camp by a previous patrol. He took note of how Muse had used a dead raccoon for training last time. Not a bad idea at all. "It may be dead, but treat it like a real threat. Go for the ankles and bite as hard as you can."

The silver tabby briefly saw the curtains to the medicine cats den flutter, a dark mass stepping backwards as though it hadn't wanted to be seen. His eyes trailed to Willowkit, but he left it at that. "Ready? Begin!"

Yes, when Lilyvalley realized Willowkit was undergoing training from one of the nomads, she had decided that she would supervise. It wasn't that she didn't trust Virtue, although she was definitely uneasy about outsiders being in the camp, but it was also the fact that this was Willowkit. Was he her kit? No. But he was Swiftheart's kit. And that meant that he was family. That was all the reason Lilyvalley needed to want to look after him.

And maybe it was a good thing she had chosen to take part in this, because Willowkit seemed a little nervous. Not that she could blame him. With a soft smile, she padded over to her nephew, bending down to whisper in his ear.

"The nomads seem scary, but they are good cats. I've seen enough of them, and I promise you nothing bad will happen. They won't let anything bad happen."

She touched the tip of her tail to Willowkit's back. "Just watch what I do, and then you can try, okay? And I will be here the whole time watching you."

With that final assurance, she rose back to her paws, before charging the dead fox, nipping at it's ankles.

Lilyvalley has used ankle biter, dealing no damage because the thing is already dead (it would have been 8 damage) and costing 30 stamina. The fox is totally dealing half damage for 1 turn, because this thing would hurt so much otherwise xD

As Willowkit stood before the battle-scarred tom, he couldn't help but feel like an ant in front of... a thing that eats ants! He wanted to run away, skip this training session until one of the nicer looking nomads was free, but Lilyvalley was quick to fill his ears with words of encouragement. Stretching up on the tips of his toes, Willowkit whispered back into Lilyvalley's ear. "But Auntie Lily, look at him! He's got ouchies all over, and I swear I saw a long wiggly bug come out of his empty eye!" Willowkit kept his eyes firmly planted on the nomad until Lilyvalley began her demonstration. She had told him she'd be here the entire time, and that nasty nomad wouldn't dare to try and eat him with Lilyvalley around!

With a deep breath the kit pounced, sinking his tiny teeth into the dead fox's leg with ferocity! What was that strange taste on his tongue. Willowkit recoiled and scrunched up his face as he spat something red onto the ground. Where milk was sweet and tasty, this stuff was bitter and gross! It had a certain quality to it that he couldn't quite place, but did something like that matter when it was just some nasty red stuff? "Lilyyy," he squealed, "what is that stuff?! It's so icky!"

Willowkit used Ankle Biter on the dead Fox! Costs 30 SP and Deals 8 HP~
