You’ll be born into ThunderClan but be entirely WindClan blooded. Confused? Here’s the story. Mudfern is aroace but really wants a family. His good friend Blazefang agrees to be a surrogate. The plan is for the kits to be entirely his responsibility once they’re born. Only one problem. Mudfern dies while Blazefang’s still pregnant! The kits become her responsibility and she doesn’t feel that they’re safe in WindClan so she runs away to ThunderClan to be with her forbidden mate, Dayquill, who accepts the kits as his own.
This litter will probably arrive mid-to-late January. I’m hoping to get Blazefang into TC by the end of the year.
Genetics: Obviously you don’t have to be genetically accurate, but if you want to here’s the possibilities! Blazefang is a ginger ticked tabby. Mudfern is a brown spotted tabby.
Toms will be ginger or cream. They will be tabbies and may be any kind of tabby. They may or may not be colorpoints but will otherwise have no white markings unless it’s the Birman white gloving gene (just white toes).
She-cats may be any color of tortie. They may be straight torties or torbies. Again, all tabby patterns are possible. They may or may not be colorpoints but will otherwise have no white markings unless it’s the Birman white gloving gene.
Solid white kits are only possible if albino. Kits will probably be tall and skinny given the WindClan blood. Any fur length is possible.
Name Ideas: Again, you don’t have to use these suggestions, these are just ideas of what Blazefang and Dayquill might name their kits! Swiftkit or Moorkit for their WindClan blood Stormkit, Lightningkit, or Forestkit for their ThunderClan family Silverkit, Whisperkit, Specklekit, or Cliffkit (Legacy naming from Blazefang) Littlekit or Featherkit (Legacy naming from Dayquill) Mudkit (after their biological father)

no I can’t do it… russ will be so deliciously betrayed and confused and bitter. and mad. blazefang better not show her face near WindClan or they’ll have a much less friendly version of their earlier spar

Tom, She-Cat, or Nonbinary: She-Cat
Appearance: Predominantly black tortoishelled she-cat with brilliant green eyes. Mottles and speckles of ticked ginger dot her pelt, complimenting her captivating appearance. She has a noticeably round face and short ears. She is a little stouter than most clan cats, both ThunderClan and WindClan born, and often appears much smaller than her peers. Her legs and feet, however, are small and lithe, a nod to her heritage, and her tail is often fluffed out. There's a small white diamond-shaped patch of white on her chest- the only white on any of her pelt, and her nose bridge and left eyebrow are noticeably ginger, defining next to her mostly black furred face; these are her two most defining features other than her eyes.
Personality: Abrasive but loyal and deeply caring, risk taking, emotional and fiery, means well but often self-serving and overbearing. Gets angry and upset very easily, emotionally unstable. Rule breaker and followers her own moral code, but struggles with loyalty to her clan and her personal feelings. Would fight tooth and claw for anyone she holds dear. Loud and speaks her mind, often offends others without meaning to. Very ambitious and wants to be the best, and very hard on herself and her own shortcomings. Often, she deals with this by making fun of others to bring herself up. On the other hand, she does not tolerate any bullying towards her friends and family. She's a little rough around the edges, but she only wants the best for both herself and her loved ones.
