Stormsong

He wasn't sure if he had expected to ever run into anyone else on these early morning patrols, but a part of Stormsong always felt somewhat on edge anyway, keeping an ear out for both foxes and SkyClan enemies alike. Perhaps a small part of him wanted to get into a bit of trouble, his claws left aching and itching for the thrill of battle, but the elders said they should be thankful for a prey-filled Green-leaf while they could - so he supposed he shouldn't complain.

"Should we spread out and get a little hunting done before we head back?" Stormsong called behind him to the rest of the small patrol, although not waiting for much of an answer himself and already opening his mouth to catch scents on the wind.

An annoyed tail fluttered rapidly as she spotted the blatant tresspasser. Surely, surely he had noticed the edge of their territory? He couldn't possibly have just... oh. He did. Quickly, the torbie padded out from her place, her head colliding with the tom's shoulder. "Back off, Thunderclanner... You guys may have the Fallen Oak, but you've blatantly crossed into Skyclan territory." The good shove surely should've placed him on the other side of the border. Moonlily made sure of it. After all, she was rather muscular and large for a she-cat, she had plenty of power to her.

Moonlily used headbutt on Stormsong! She dealt 6 damage, and used 5 stamina.

To say the other warrior had caught him off his guard was an understatement. One moment he had been with the rest of his patrol simply keeping an ear out for some stray chirps, and the next it was as if a boulder had suddenly pummeled into his side. Stormsong went sliding back, gritting his teeth and whipping his head around to face the SkyClan cat. He left little room for hesitation, swiping his claws back toward her in an attempt to drive the she-cat back. "What are you talking about? Are you mouse-brained - I - ..." The tom paused, flattening his ears and catching the scent of SkyClan around him, the lower trees of ThunderClan several fox-lengths behind. He flattened his ears. "You got lucky," he grumbled. Or he got very unlucky.

The tom quickly retreated back into the undergrowth, leaving the warrior alone once more in her own territory.
