| Dappledlight looked back at Snowfoot and found that a snake was attacking her! She charged forward and struck out a paw at it. The snake quickly slithered out of her reach. She hissed at it as it escaped to safety. Frustration itched at her pelt.
Dappledlight used Front Paw Strike on Snake, dealing 0 damage and costing 7 SP!

| Snowfoot hissed, fur bristling at the snake. Almost mirroring its movements, she stared it down. Suddenly, Snowfoot lashed out with a lightning-quick snap. The snake retaliated with one of its own, this time latching onto Snowfoot’s face and staying there. The she-cat yowled in pain as the snake’s fangs narrowly missed her right eye.
Snowfoot used Snap, and the snake retaliated with Gripping Bite!

| Dappledlight hissed as the snake attacked Snowfoot. She darted forward and tried to grab the snake's tail to keep it away from her sister. It quickly flicked its tail out of the way, just enough for her jaws to close on empty air. Her tail was lashing harder as she glared at the snake in its eyes. Why did snakes have to be so slippery!
Dappledlight failed to use Tail Yank, dealing 0 damage and costing 15 SP!

| Snowfoot let out a yowl as the snake gripped her face. Luckily it wasn’t venomous, but stars did that bite still hurt. She reached up at the snake, claws extended, and struck out at the snake. Finally, success! Her strike landed. But as the snake came away from her face, it resisted and tore the skin a bit. Snowfoot winced as blood ran down her cheek.
Snowfoot used Front Paw Strike, and the snake finished its 2-turn Gripping Bite.
