Hunting Time (Closed)

Marshstorm chuckled as he watched Thistlepaw tire. Finally, he picked up his catch and gestured towards camp.
"Alright, lead the way." He meowed, mouth full of the small mouse he had caught. He glanced back at his apprentice and touched his back comfortingly with his tail. "You did well for your first hunt. I'm proud of you." He meowed firmly, his eyes bright with pride as he padded towards the camp.

Thistlepaw's eyes gleamed at his mentor's praise. He nodded, feeling almost bashful as he wasn't used to being complimented. He picked up the mouse and squirrel that he caught, feeling quite satisfied with himself and his catches. Then, he padded towards camp, awkwardly adjusting the prey in his mouth.
