still not back (completely)
If I miss this months activity check, it will, again, be due to the reasons above.
I'm sorry you guys, I promise that I'm not gonna disappear off the face of the earth
I'll be back eventually, I'm just having an extremely hard time adjusting due to things like anxiety and such.  I'm open to tips ;)

when dealing with anxiety, depression, anorexia or whatever, you first gotta learn to recognize those thoughts. Once you realize you're having them, you can work on stopping them.

With anxiety, something that's always helped me out is to take a deep breath and stop whatever I'm doing.
Take a moment and remind yourself to just sit down and find yourself for a bit.
Remember that it doesn't matter.
In the grand scheme of things, one failed test or one night of bad sleep won't ruin your life.

Find a way to be calm. Count your breaths (in is one, out is two) up to ten, and then restart. There's this cool thing that I do called Headspace and it really helps me out.

Lastly, feel anxious.
Let yourself worry and stress out.
Then, when you're done, let those thoughts float away. Don't focus on them, but don't push them away. It's important to always recognize your thoughts.
