Bouncepaw gave a quirky grin. "Well... yea-yeah... during the battle." He spoke headlong, flattening his ears at the memory. Bear... the evil tom's name still rang overtly in his mind, scaring him beyond his wits at how much damage he had caused.

She smiled. "You're really fun, you know that? I haven't had so much fun since me and.." She stopped, her gaze darkening. Just remembering the name brought back pain. "Heronkit played together.." She clicked her tongue and looked away. Now she probably looked stupid in front of Bouncepaw.. Good job, Shallowkit!
