Days of Wind

Spottedpaw stretched, blinking her eyes open. The apprentice had just awoken from a nice nap. She looked around for her friend, a newer apprentice. "Sprucepaw? Where you at?" She asked aloud, hoping he'd hear her. If not, she'd just have to hunt alone.

OOC:I don't think Sprucepaw's ceramony finished.So he's still a kit rn.

Okay, I'll wait.

"Mind if I join you?" Rippedpaw padded up to her side.

Spottedpaw smiled at him. "Sure! Let's go ask a warrior for permission."

OOC:I think Spruce is now an apprentice.
Sprucepaw groggily looked up at Spottedpaw.The tom stretched, lazily getting up.He shook himself out and looked at her,expectantly.The dark cat stifled a yawn.He glanced at Rippedpaw and gave him a lopsided smile.Sprucepaw was such a goof."OK,I'm up guys!So we're off hunting?Lets go we, don't need permission to go hunting.Come on!"He meowed.The apprentice bounded off towards the exit of camp.Finally he could get out of camp,he'd been waiting so long for this!

"Sprucepaw!" Rippedpaw called out stifling a laugh at his goofy clanmate, "Wait up! I'm going to see if Robinpaw wants to join us". Since they had been friends back in the nursery, Rippedpaw had already spent a lot of time with these two. He was trying to expand the group. Especially after Robinpaw's disinterest in the newer apprentices, he had made it his goal to get to know the she-cat. Underneath her initial reaction, there had to be more to her. The tom was the type to give even the harshest cat a chance.

The tom sighed and padded back to his friends."Do you like Robinpaw or something,"he teased smirking widely.

"No," Rippedpaw said in a slightly confused tone. Why would he think that? Rippedpaw was just trying to be friendly towards his new denmates.

Sprucepaw laughed."It was a joke,Rippedpaw."He laughed.He padded beside his friends smiling."I don't think shes going to join us,guys."He meowed.

Robinpaw strolled up to the small group and gave a small cough "Whats this about hunting?" she asked in her usual condescending tone.

"Hey, Robinpaw!" Rippedpaw meowed, ignoring the conversation he and Sprucepaw had just been having, "We're going all going and were hoping you'd come with?". His tone was questioning, especially since she had greeting them with a less than enthusiastic tone.

"Well your to need a decent hunter with you so fine I'll join." her tail wiped from side to side and spoke in the exact tone she had just spoken in but one thing was wrong with her statement, she was lying as she was not a good hunter, in fact she was quite bad at it but she had already convinced herself that she was good so it was too late.

"Maybe you could show us a thing or two? Since you've been an apprentice for longer," Rippedpaw suggested lightly as a contrast to her even tone. He hoped that his old friends wouldn't blame him for the she-cat's hostile tone. He just hoped that eventually everyone in the den would get along.

Sprucepaw was so close to just bursting with laughter,this was an awkward situation.He glanced over at Rippedpaw shooting him a smirk.Sighing the tom padded over to the exit."Are we ready now?He asked.
