A Car, A Torch, A Death [Open Death Topic]

Littlepaw sat up on a tree. It was a night breezy day and he surely was feeling quite happy. He loved his life. He loved mostly everything. It began to get even more windy and Littlepaw's paws had been soaked since he had stepped in the river as he was wondering earlier. He hoped he wouldn't slip and fall too badly. He unsheathed his claws just incase, remembering a story of a warrior who had fallen from a tree...Maybe...Sedgewhisker was it? He couldn't remember.


Littlepaw soon began to slip as he couldn't seem to open his eyes anymore, he accepted his fate though. Letting go he soon felt the wind push against him and feeling a soft floor push against him as he was welcomed by StarClan.

Mottledpaw raced out to greet Littlepaw, as usual. The sight of the black-and-white tom brought the she-cat so much joy, and reminded her of her mother and father's relationship. She nearly tripped over her own paws as a smile spread wide on her face. She grinned, as she floated over late in the day. She finally saw it.

Motionless.

A wail erupted into the air. Loud and mourning, and yet the breeze howling nearly brushed her off of her dainty paws. He was dead. The tomcat she loved, dead.
