We Must Put Our Differences Away (closed for Tawny, Twitch, Thinny and Dimmeh)

Blacktwig yelped as his paws entangled awkwardly with the steel bars of the cage, poking through. He glared up at the unfamiliar Twoleg with a hiss. The tomcat rammed his head into the bars, yet it hurt like dear StarClan. He shook his head, but the Twoleg was already carrying him away.

Tawnystorm hissed and scratched through the cage as she was carried off. What in StarClan's name was this? How dare these Twolegs take her away from her clan? What is something bad happened while she was away? And to make things worse, she was stuck with four other cats, all from different Clans. Were none of them feeling the same anger as she was? She threw herself at the bars to no avail, but didn't stop fighting against it for a second.

Cherrypaw, after fruitless struggle in her cage, calmed down and focused on making out what all the smells arou d her meant, a very important aspect for the blind she-cat. She raised her head, eyes closed, and tried to picture the murky alley they were brouht theoun. Then smells changed and a loud thud heard they were brought into a darker place, probably a Twoleg den,  from what sne knew. She braced herself and she was soon pushed brutally inside a cold stone den, the smells of the other warriors joining her as they were shoved inside in the more spacious new prison. Cherrypaw took a quiet place in the corner, ponderig quietly.

Through all his rage, Blacktwig could barely manage a few words out of his muzzle. But now, everything went calm and quiet for a moment, and he stared up at the Twoleg, legs spanning down to the coarse marble floor as they entered the nest. "Let me go," Blacktwig growled through gritted teeth. "I have a family," he said. He wanted to ramble on and on angrily to this monster, but he instead nestled up weakly.

Tawnystorm hissed, her fur fluffing up as she was shoved inside the den. She unsheathed her claws and raked at the stone floor angrily, ignoring how painful it was. She glared at the ThunderClan warrior. "They're not letting you go, mousebrain! You've got a family, hey? I've got a Clan to defend! I'm getting back to RiverClan if it's the last thing I do!" she spat.

Blacktwig just plain stared at her. He thought she was rude, disrespectful, and any other word right now, and she didn't even know him. But she did have a cause. "Yes, can't you see, we all have things to do back home." He spat, then looked back up at the Twoleg. Sharp twines of metal bars poked out and into his fur.

Eaglepaw turned her back at the two as they spoke, she unsheathed her claws and clawed at the bars quietly, thinking. She only had so much time before she would arrive at the terrible place many cats feared. She didn't have much to do at her Clan besides train and hunt. She did miss Hazepaw a little bit but not as much as she thought she would. Right now they all needed to think, not bicker about their Clans "Shut up!" she hissed "Why can't the two oldest cats actually think while the apprentices are!" she growled "The more thinking the more close we'll be to getting out mousebrains!" she looked at Tawnystorm with a sharp and cold gaze and turned back to continue scratching at the bars of the cage.

"Well," Blacktwig snarled, whirling around to face Eaglepaw, the she-cat who looked to be barely more than a kit. "I actually am! If only people would shut their muzzles." Blacktwig turned away from all the other cats.

Eaglepaw glanced behind her at Blacktwig "Your a father, aren't you?" she asked "And look what you've become, I bet your kits would never like to see their father right now" she mewed "It looks like somethings crawled inside and made itself a home now" she whispered "We all change" she whispered once more as she then continued scratching and thinking.

"And, you're thinking, are you?" Blacktwig retorted after a bit of ignoring and silence. "You think you're so smart. Just think! You're not helping anyone." Blacktwig said, deliberately ignoring the fact that she had mentioned his family in such a disrespectful way. Sure, the tomcat looked scraggly and just plain unpleasant to look at, but so did anyone else. He then died down and stayed quiet.

Eaglepaw didn't respond for a long time "Neither are you" she hissed with her ears down, once more trying to think "You are interrupting" she mewed. And that was that. She was done.

Blacktwig flicked an ear. He was interrupting? Oh, dear StarClan, I'm interrupting! I am so, totally, interrupting. Blacktwig glared at her in the midst of his own thought, then went back to attempting to cogitate an idea to escape.

(Screw it, she's just going to escape. Also I think they're in separate cages?)

Eaglepaw began to open her mouth at a lock that held the cage closed. She picked at it and clawed at it before it unlocked. She pushed it open and bowled out, looking back at them with a smile "I got out!" she purred as she leaped up happily "I got out! I got out!" she mewed with a smile, indeed she was thinking.

Blacktwig put on a sarcastic grin. "Yes, you're out," he said. What a magical cat she must be, getting out in the nick of time. This tom was actually imperfect, gazing at the lock like a mouse-brain. But he, too, was thinking. He was thinking quite a bit.

Eaglepaw sighed "Well here" she mewed rushing over to Blacktwig as she lifted up the lock with her jaw and clawed at it "Push onto the door" she mewed "You just open up the lock with your jaw and then pick" she explained "Lets help the others"
