A little something [Open]

Skyclan still couldn't return to their camp, which only made the dark warrior grow angrier and angrier by the day. Well it bothered him, but he wasn't going to take action unless his leader told him so. Larktalon disappeared, and it was up to Breezestar to take care of everything. Crowflight wanted to help, but being a warrior there wasn't much he could do. So he decided to lead a patrol out to the thunderclan border. They hadn't checked it in a while so he deiced to go. He knew there was a chance of both Thunderclan and Windclan warriors showing up since Windclan still occupied much of their territory, so it was going to be dangerous but the warrior didn't care. He had a job to do for his clan.

Sandfeather stood near Crowflight, and quickly groomed her short ginger fur.
"You know, Windclan will probably return to their camp soon... it's just a matter of time," Sandfeather stated with a hint of doubt, and shot a glance at her clanmate with sharp green eyes.

Mottlepaw padded close behind them, excited to be on her first patrol. She observed the area- Thunderclan and Windclan scents all around. She was quite nervous though, to add to everything.

Acornheather had been slumping around the camp, eager to stretch her legs. She spent most of her afternoons sorting out the herbs that Wisteriapaw brought back from ShadowClan, talking about herbs, and smelling herbs. Her entire life was just herbs at this point, though it is to be expected for a medicine cat. From dealing with a more than uncomfortable crowd of cats, to the stuffy and overwhelming stench of medicines, the tabby was beginning to become stressed. She rose from her seat by the medicine cat den and headed out towards SkyClan territory.

Out of the corner of her eye she spotted Crowflight and a few cats with him near the Fallen Oak. He looked antsy, following close along the border of ThunderClan. Acornheather quickly approached the group, turning her attention to the black tom. "Mind if I join you?" Though she had intended on strolling along by herself, the situation with WindClan grew bigger each day and she began to fear for her safety.

Crowflight shifted in his spot for a moment before respondeding to Sandfeather. "Even if they return to their camp soon, who says they will just leave our camp which they have claimed? They might keep it for themselves. It might be best if we take some action soon.." Even if they tried to take action, they weren't big enough to take on all of Windclan.

He returned to his thoughts for a moment only to have them broken again by the medicine cat. His yellow eyes gazed at Acornheather as he thought. If enemies appeared she wouldn't be of much use in a fight.. but at the same time if she was with them then enemies might not attack, because Medicine Cats were generally a sign of peace or something. "Yeah you can join us." His gaze shifted over to the new apprentice they had with them. It would be best if enemies didn't show up, it might be a scare for the young apprentice.

Spottedstar padded out of a patch of forest, coming up to the Fallen Oak and scenting Skyclan. She had no deputy currently and had to organize patrols herself and get things back to normal. So she drug Nightfire along for him to gather herbs. She didn't know who other cats followed her, or if any. They had split up to cover more ground. She stopped a few tail lengths before the border and mewed out to the group. "Hello there."

Nightfire slowly stalked behind Spottedstar, glancing at the cats and glaring slightly.

Sandfeather's heard whipped around so fast she thought it might snap off her neck. She ginger she-cat rose to her paws in alarm as she looked at the two Thunderclan cats. Her green eyes widened. Crowflight was right, they were bound to run into some Thunderclan cats.
"Hello," Sandfeather straightened her posture after realizing it was Spottedstar and the Medicine Cat of Thunderclan, Nightfire. She'd seen them at gatherings, of course.

Mottlepaw listened to the conversation, jumping a little when Spottedstar came over. She flicked her tail in greeting, her expression happy and excited. Thunderclan! Cool!

Frozenflame padded behind Spottedstar and Nightfare quietly. He had decided to stick with them in case if they ran into any trouble. It wasn't that he didn't think his leader could fight off a few trespassers, but he just felt safer knowing that she and the medicine cat were okay. When they came to a stop, the older warrior walked up next to Nightfire to see what was going on. "Skyclan," he mumbled in a hostile way under his breath. He never liked them, never once. With claws silently slipping out, he crouched down and waited to see what would happen

Mapledrop stood next her best friend and almost jumped out of her skin when Thunderclan showed up, almost. She looked at them quickly to see if her mother was there, and sure enough she was, standing next to a ginger and Gray warrior. She frowned slightly as she saw how close she and the Tom looked.

Cloverpool had come with Frozenflame and her leader and their medicine cat, she knew that they could handle themselves but the tortisehell she cat wanted to help anyway she could. She stood next to Frozenflame and let out a small purred and flicked him gently with her tail, warm amber eyes bright with a merry light.

Mapledrop's frown deepened and she almost growled out loud. Her mother and another warrior? How dare she? What about her father huh? She shook her head, her mother loved her dead father, still but it looked like she had moved on, considering it had been two years since her mother's disappearance, and loved another warrior.

Crowflight's ears fell flat against his head. He never cared for Thunderclan but he wasn't going to make a situation hostile if it wasn't needed. "Greetings Spottedstar, and Nightfire." He said on recognizing the important cats of the clan. He would greet the others but he didn't know their names, and besides they didn't seem to keen on greetings except for the leader. The sight of Nightfire told the warrior they group wasn't on a patrol. Maybe they were just looking for some herbs. Who knows? It wasn't his business.

He shifted in his spot slightly. "It's a nice day for Leaf-bare. I hope it isn't treating you too harshly." It wasn't too cold of a day. He glanced back to his small patrol of cats. Three warriors, an apprentice, and a medicine cat. For them a leader, two warriors, and medicine cat. They were pretty even odds, but he still wanted to avoid conflict if he could.

"Oh no its been treating us pretty well, even I am surprised" she mewed, and starting walking along the border. "Walk and talk?" she asked, looking back at the group.

Sandfeather's ears flicked sharply and she turned her eyes to Crowflight.
"We want to be on good terms... I think we should...," Sandfeather murmured to Crowflight.
