Mid-season playoff predictions?


Broncos-Pats and Cards-Lions can be switched around. Broncos are probably the better team, even after that anal annihilation at Foxborough (WHICH FELT SO GOOD TO WATCH, UMFF <3), but I like the Pats better and sort of expect them to be able to BS enough wins to steal the spotlight from Denver. On the other hand, I think the Lions have a softer schedule ahead of them than Arizona, and might steal a better record as a result, but it just didn't sit right with me putting them in first seed. So I let them where they were.

Disclaimers for Sunday when I'm wrong: Chiefs-Bills was a toss-up, so I just went with my gut instinct.

Giants make me nervous, but I'm nervous about every HAK game, so nothing new there. Eli Manning is a mystery of the universe.

I would not be the least bit shocked if the Steelers got murdered by the Jets. I don't care how good they've been playing. They are still an enigma to me and I do not understand them. Don't be lured into a false sense of familiarity or security with this team. You think you know how good they are, but you really don't.

Felt really compelled to believe in the Lolphans until I remembered that they were the Lolphans. Megatron's back this week, don'tcha know? I picked them last week to destroy the Chargers, and my prophecy became true, but I must not let myself fall into that trap again. The future is dark and chaotic. It's not easy to catch a glimpse, but if you listen hard, you can hear the inevitable shattering of broken Miami hearts. They are not the safe choice.
