Gingerpaw's Training(Hunting)

The member 'Shadow' has done the following action : Dices roll

'Chance Dice' : 4

"Good job, Gingerpaw!" Feathersong smiled, congragulating her apprentice. "With more practice, you'll become an excellent hunter," she reassured. She grabbed the toad and put it in a small hole. After digging, she smiled again. "We'll collect that and bring it back to ShadowClan once you catch some more prey."

"That's so cool! I've always wanted to be an expert hunter," she mewed excitedly. "I'll make my clan proud to have me as a warrior one day. Just watch, Feathersong! I'll be as awesome as you!" She then looked up at her mentor with a beaming face; one that was proud of her accomplishment. Feathersong's approval only added to her already large head. "So can I go catch something else now?"

"Of course you can, young one," Feathersong meowed warmly. Her apprentice called her awesome, and it made her feel as if she's accomplished being a deputy, and she hadn't realized how much she loved guiding ShadowClan along Sagestar.

With a large smile on her face, Gingerpaw quickly set her nose to the ground as she started off in a random direction in the territory. She was going to find something else to catch whether it took her all day or not. She wasn't going to go home with just one piece of prey. As she walked, her nose finally caught the smell of yet another toad that was a few tail-lengths away. Immediately, the young apprentice dropped into a crouch as she stalked towards it, timing it just right before she jumped at her target. With a grand look of determination, she landed on the toad without it even being able to notice her, and in one quick movement, she killed it with her paw before taking it back to Feathersong. "I hih it ahain!" She mewed with her mouth full.

"Good job!" Feathersong congragulated, smiling. "We should be heading back to camp," she meowed. "It's getting late, and we don't want the Clan worrying." She flicked her tail silently towards the setting sun.

Gingerpaw blinked as she glanced in the general direction of the sun setting in the sky in the far distance. She then put down the toad that was dangling in her jaws just so that she could reply back to her mentor. "Oh, okay Feathersong!" She mewed happily before picking the frog up once again and following Feathersong back to camp.
