le Cedar y Night's Border Patrol [anyone can join]

Sagestar flicked an ear, indicating he had heard Cedarpaw, but smiled ever-so-slightly and said nothing of it. He led them to the end of ThunderClan territory and to the narrow slit of Highpines, stuck between the first and Twolegplace. "And this is our border with SkyClan, and where the twolegs live." He meowed. After this, he'd take them straight back to get their prey and then home. They must have been tired at this point.

Cedarpaw blinked. "Skyclan? Why are they named that? Can they fly or something?" meowed the apprentice, looking up at his mentor. Look tough, Cedar. Sagestar doesn't molest the ones who can fight it. D|

Nightpaw laughed and rolled her eyes. "Sure, and mice can fly too!" She declared.

"Mice don't," Sagestar said quite simply, "But what about squirrels and birds? All the animals who like to hide high up in the trees?" He glanced at Highpine, the woods getting thinner and thinner the deeper in they went, with only pine needles on the ground. "Every clan lives somewhere special and have different life styles. It's pretty obvious that ShadowClan lives in the marsh, where it's hot and preyless in the day, and that's why we work best in the night; In the shadows, but what do you two think about the other four clans?"

Nightpaw tossed her head. "Well, we can't tell because we haven't meet any cats...But I am guessing, ThunderClan must have rather thin coats with the brambles."

"Just go by what you know." Sagestar meowed in encouragement, "It's something to think about both here and when you two go to the gathering." He nodded at Nightpaw's observation and uttered a little 'very good' to her, then turned his head to Cedarpaw expectantly.
