Helping Hope

"You killed my Dad, He was just protecting me!" She groweled.

"Well, it's your fault because you attacked first."

"Your lucky I don't kil you right now, You heartless fox!" She groweled.

"You couldn't if you tried, you ignorant fool!"
She hissed back.
"You don't understand, do you? If you'd kept your brother in your nest, he wouldn't have caused your father to leave and enter our territory. Had you not attacked me at the border not too long agom he'd still be alive. Because of you, he'd dead."

"Be quiet, my brother has nothing to do with this!" Hope yoweled as she jumped at Silversoul, claws outstreached.

She swiped her paw and batted the apprentice-sized cat away.
"Don't try, you'll only kill yourself with that broken leg!"

"Why? Why did you have to kill him? And why did you have to make him suffer?" Hope groweled.

"I killed him because he was threatening my top priority- my Clan. And I didn't make him suffer. His death only lasted a few moments. Now I suggest you get your priorities straight- life, or revenge that will never be fulfilled?"

"You have no place to speak, I saw him choke on his own blood." Hope groweled.

"Go back to the medicine cat."
She hissed and stalked away, to the warriors' den.
"And tell her to give you extra poppyseeds. You need them, for your head."
She disapeared into the shadows.

Hope just layed her head down and passed out.

Shinepool had been secretly watching Hope and Silversoul. She sighed.
"When will we learn to get along?" She asked herself.

Purplepaw dragged Hope by the scuff into the medicine cats' den again. "Is it okay if you can watch her until she's well enough to walk?" She asked the medicine cat.

Shinepool nodded.
"I'll take her in, thank you, Purplepaw." She mewed kindly, and took Hope's scruff. She dragged the she-cat into her den, and layed her on the bed she had been on before.
