Bringing Darkkit

"So do I."he murmured under his breath."Well,your mother will come when she wants you.When she cares!"he replied.

She swept her tail around Darkkit. "She does care!" she hissed at him. "Don't listen to mean ol' Manypaw." she whispered to him. "He's just mean."

Darkkit thought about what the tom had said,maybe he's right,If she cared more about me she would have saved me,let alone come back for me...the small kit let out a sigh and looked down at his paws

"Look at me." she mewed. "You'll fit right in. Your dad was born here. You have the heart of a brave ThunderClan warrior. Don't worry about your mom. This is you new home."

Darkkit gazed up at the cat wide-eyed,"I-I knew mom and dad were forest cats,but,daddy was born here?!"he gasped

"Yes,he was."he replied,shooting an angry Shut up!,kind of glance at her.
"Then why would she save the other kit?"he retorted.

Shrugs. "Absolutly." she purred. "Let me show you the nursery."

Darkkit padded alongside the cat and soon looked up at her,"what's your name?"he asked his light blue eyes wide with wonder

"My name is Dapplepaw." she mewed, smiling at him. "We're here." she mewed, stoping infront of the bramble thickit.

Darkkit took a long sniff at the thickit making sure that nothing threatining was inside

"Co me on in." she mewed, nudging him in.

Darkkit warrily went intot he thickit unsure of what he'd find,but he could only smell cats and milk

"Welcome to ThunderClan's nursery." she mewed, making him a bed. "Untill we find someone to adopt you, you wille sleep here. If you want company, just tell me." she smiled, padding out.

Darkkit nodded and lied down in the bed,it was all moss,no trash or anything else,it was softer than his old bed,he tried to sleep but he couldn't stop thinking about his mom,dad,and sister

She yawned, trotting to the apprentice den to take a nap.
