Bringing in a thistle

Stormeye padded into the camp, a cold, wet, small shape hanging in his jaws. He carefully placed the kit down at his paws, and wrapped his fluffy, yet really messy tail, around the kit to keep his warm. He glanced at Runningfoot. "Do you want to go get Butterflystar?"

Runningfoot nodded. She trotted to her mother's den and poked her head in, "Butterflystar, wake up"

The said kit blinked his eyes open as something warm wrapped around him. Green eyes examined the camp. It was different than his camp in RiverClan. Not only were they deeper into the ground than the of the territory but there was no water that he could spot.

"It's so dry here..." Thistlekit commented.

Stormeye nodded, gazing at the now, awake kit. "We are lucky for that thought. We live in a dip in the ground, and think how bad it would be if it rained very hard. The camp would be flooded and we would be forced from our home. But don't worry, we'll take you back home soon."

Occ: Hehe...said kit...oh, and now Thistle can tell Storm that he doesn't want to go home and such.

Shiningpaw walked out of her den and saw a kit. She ran over "hi there!"

"A kit!" Foxpaw breathed, limping over to the group.

"Home?" he mewed. Already the camp seemed to appeal to the kit. He jumped when 2 cats joined him and Stormeye. He nodded in greeting before looking at where Runningfoot disappeared. Thistlekit began to wonder if that was where Butterflystar was.

Stormeye glanced at the two apprentices. "Give the kit some room. He isn't a rogue. He has warrior blood in him."

Runningfoot padded back to where the kit was. Shiningpaw and Foxpaw had joined. Sitting soundlessly she listened to what everyone had to say about the new kit.

"where did you find him?" she asked curiosity sparked her gaze.

She sniffed the kit and wrinkled her nose." he smells like RiverClan!!"

"Well, he is-" he stopped, thinking about how Thistlekit didn't seem to what to go home. If the other cats knew he was from RiverClan, they would want to send him home, but Thistlekit almost seemed to be scared of that idea. "We found him over by the border. He most likely came from RiverClan territory, then got onto ours."

"He is from RiverClan. He wandered into WindClan territory." Runningfoot looked to Shiningpaw's wrinkled nose.

"What if they miss him? Will there we a fight?" she asked unwrinkleing her nose.
