When he came on the chatbox, he very obviously knew the whole story behind what happened, because he saw how all freaked we were, and was just like, "April Fool's!" And when we told him it wasn't funny, he was just like, "It is to me."

Wait. Before you IP ban him, I think you should do this. Go to Admin panel. Click on Users, and then Ban control. Click IP ban. Type in his username and then look up his IP. I'm not sure how to match his IP with another user yet, give me a second.
