family game night [closed]

** NOTE this takes place BEFORE the deputy ceremony, just to avoid any soup or anything like that **

(So I just thought this would be fun, I dont actually have like a game much at all for this just a very rough outline, it would be super funny if like everyone added a rule to this silly game the cats have (that is not required ofc) but like you totally could if you want to.  Get creative with it, it could be like a rule if you jump over someones piece something happens or literally anything, the main point of this topic is just the mole and rapid and kits having family bonding time :D)

Rapidfire had finished out a very long day.  The clan had food now and was safe for the time being.

She had been looking forward to this all day, a little bit of time that she would now be able to spend with her kits and mate.

She entered their little area and settled down with a tired wave to them all but a smile as well.  "Ready everyone?" she asked



Rainpaw nodded, the shy apprentice did not speak much at all even to her own parents or siblings. Rainpaw had been waiting for what felt like an eternity for mom to finally show up. She glanced at her siblings Bugpaw and Weevilpaw next to her.


The game was pretty simple really, they sat around in a circle and the 'board' was drawn in the soft earth between them all so everyone could see the lines being made in the center of where they all sat.

They all got to pick a little game piece out, Rapidfire had chosen an owl's feather from the fight against the owl that she and leopardwind had gotten into with.  Rainpaw had picked out a smooth stone she had found in camp.

Next to the makeshift gameboard lay a short stick, that was their spinner of sorts, thought it didnt actually spin.  

Rainpaw demonstrated as she picked up the stick balancing it on end and held it straight up to not let it be bias at all, then she let go of it suddenly and let it fall in a random direction. Whichever way it fell on the circle spinner thingy indicated how many squares she got to go by.

Well drats! She had 'rolled' a 1 the stick had clearly fallen and now pointed to the single claw mark that represented 1.
Rainpaw laid her ears back annoyed and scoffed a bit glancing at her dad... that meant she owed him 4 pine needles and she reluctantly passed them over to him. The quiet apprentice was stubborn as ever in the not talking area.  She gave a little shug to Weevilpaw, somehow dad always seemed to win this game... maybe her and weevilpaw could team up this time to stop him!! She thought eagerly


She passed the stick to her brother bugpaw for him to start his turn
