Not necessarily.  There will be a growing group of cats who seek to move away from the established rules put in place by starclan.  They will not break any code at first.  As at first it will be mild protests: such as: trying to convince clanmates to refuse going to gatherings, trying to convince leadership moonstones are no longer needed for warriorhood, trying to convince med cats to skip every other moon meeting.

Explain your Plot:
Over the recent moons it had become clear the gatherings are but merely a spectical for our ancestors to laugh and mock us as we try and survive the cursed gatherings of events that are cast at us.  We the anti establishment movement in order to protect our pursuit of life are taking a stand against the silly rules put in place by dead cats.

Stormwatcher will be loosely leading this and it will start out as minor protests against starclan related activities such as gatheings, moonstones and med cat meetings.

Depending on the high ranks actions the protests could turn more and more demanding that something must be done.

At first he will be subtle in his thoughts but as the plot carries on it will become more and more vocal that the boycott on gatherings will be in effect and if the movement gets enough control and support one day they may even prevent others from going to any starclan events at all "for their own safety"


I am also seeking approval that falcon (Tara) may have a dream sequence of Tara's choosing to reawaken
HIM!

Tara would be allowed to, choose any dead cat and have an official starclan dream where the possibility of him being reawoken (espcially at a time of all this anti starclan movement is going on is extra likely to reawaken the beast)

How will this impact the characters/clans involved?:

Depends on the level of support the anti establishment group receives*

If enough clanmates agree, then it would effect it by having skyclan no longer participate in gatherings, moonstones and other starclan events.  (other reqs could be used for rank ups)

Why should this plot be approved?: For this section, make sure you elaborate. Staff prefers plots to be well-thought out before approving them, especially in the case of something with severe in universe consequences.

Because it is realistic to see that cats would be suspicious about gatherings after all the recent events and because it gives us something fun to do (we need a little rebelion every once in awhile keeps the site engaging and writing)

So starting as a small in-character movement, this is totally fine and would not require approval. If at any point there are any major developments, like changes in Clan structure as a whole, or would require StarClan involvement, then we would ask this to be resubmitted.

With that being said, at this time we will not be accepting Falcon's StarClan dream, or his reawakening.
