| Ebonypaw looked on sadly at the site of the tom's limp body. Flowerpaw, clearly upset over the leaders lost life, she couldn't help but wonder where Limepaw was. He did seem to be awful fond of the apprentice during his last days. She sighed, wondering if he even knew or if he'd rather not share the grief, at least not in front of others.
The medicine cat apprentice padded up close to Flowerpaw.
"Jaystar was a great and honorable leader." Ebonypaw meowed clearly. "Let us give thanks to StarClan for his life. He was dedicated to his clan and his memory will remain in the forest forever. Now we commend his spirit to StarClan, may he watch over us in death as he always once did in life." She bowed her head slowly.
Ha. >:3 There's a ceremony I bet most of you had forgotten.
