Sillykit Kit | ThunderClan | he/him
Forest Language Feral Language
Sillykit had found a cluster of delicate white flowers in a small cranny in camp - blossoming in celebration of Newleaf. The pure white petals were a stark contrast against the vibrant green of their home, and it was beautiful.
It reminded him of Hopepaw. She was a pretty, white-furred apprentice. He had seen her on his adventures with his littermates outside of the nursery, and he was in awe. Every time he thought about introducing himself, anxiety gnawed at him - he felt so small and unsure. He didn't know a single thing about her - and that was his fault. Staring at the pretty white flowers, he hatched an idea. He leaned down, picking only the prettiest for Hopepaw.
He turned, approaching her - delicately cradling the flower in his mouth. His heart pounded - and he was nervous anticipating how she'd respond. What if she hated it?
He placed it gently in front of her paws, clearing his throat. "Um.. Hi, Hopepaw." He mumbled, his cheeks flushing with embarrassment - and he shuffled his oversized paws. "I found thith flower, and uh, it'th pretty. Like you."

Blue eyes watched a group of older cats leave the camp, following them until the tail of the final one vanished beyond the camp walls. Then, they watched the coming and going of cats between dens, other cats her age leaving the den with all the smelly leaves with a look of disgust on their face as they carried a bundle of moss towards the place where the really old cats stayed. She hated that chore mainly because the old cats would swipe at her if she tried too hard to get a tick out.
Her eyes finally landed on one of the newer additions to the clan. They were already much larger than her littermates when they were around the same age. However, Hopepaw knew she was small compared to most cats. Her fur hid her frame well, though. The observation ended with the other cat approaching her, leaving a bundle of delicate white flowers at her paws. She blinked a few times, observing the gift and then the cat in front of her. They wanted to be friends? Her face brightened, and a purr rumbled in her throat. Her eyes shut as the purr grew stronger. Having friends was amazing!
It wasn't prey to eat, like she had given She Who Breathes Power. But what to do...
Her eyes opened as the idea struck her. Oh! The apprentice lept to her paws and plucked a few from the beautiful bundle. She huddled close to her new friend and carefully wove the few flowers through his fur so that the flowers rested on his head. After taking a step back, she admired her handiwork. Flowering Friend looked great with the new style. The purr returned stronger this time.
