EOh, look who it is! The boy savior
There was one thing he liked about the lack of a Moonstone, and while it wasn't as awe inspiring to enter the cave with the crystal lit by the light of the moon - being able to get multiple apprentice's done in the same night was quite handy.

The medicine cat shook his head, he had a mild fever as of recently as did many others and the supplies were slowly running out, yet it didn't stop him from continuing his duties.

"Larkpaw. Tonight you will speak with Starclan." he spoke bluntly, today was a harder day than most for him, the dizzy spells felt more frequent, but the fever kept him from being able to tell. "When you sleep, the ancestors will visit you in your dreams. Do not be afraid."

Larkpaw nodded, not really caring how blunt Echosong's tone was. She curled up as she was instructed, and closed her eyes. The fever that racked her body seemed to lift as she fell into a deep sleep.

During the flood that separated the Clans, Batbite had been swept to the mountains and spent her time with the Tribe; but she had heard stories from friends and Clanmates of the shores some of the others had washed up on. The place they found themselves now seemed to reflect that, and it caught her interest even more than the Moonstone sometimes did. She hadn't had the chance to explore the lakeside in her life, and she wouldn't pass it up now.

"Hey, Larkpaw," she greeted, smallish black form and mischievous green eyes both sparkling with starlight. "You look like you could use some company."
