"Sandyshell?" the warrior called out into the tangle of reeds that made up the medicine den. She had never known or cared much for medicine as it wasn't entirely her job. But as she was tasked with learning some this month, she supposed she had to. The ragdoll licked the fur on her chest down and pushed through the reeds.

Sandyshell
The medicine cat’s ears swiveled to catch the voice approaching visitor. Fawneye, she realized with a silent groan. Turning around as the white warrior entered she put on her perfect smile. “Oh, hello Fawneye,” she tried to brightly meow, “How are you?”
After a glance over, Sandyshell realized the molly was likely here for their lesson. Once assigned to teach basic medical aid to Fawneye she went and attempted to prepare, that way she wouldn’t be swept up in the panic of being caught off guard. But unfortunately, she had quickly started overthinking the planned lesson, unable to discern what was the best thing to teach first or what the warrior would even enjoy learning. So, after a night of circling thoughts, Sandyshell had to settle for a lesser, but simple option. With a poor deep breath, she politely asked, “So, what would you like me to teach you?”
Unaware of Sandyshell's feelings she returned the smile, "Oh," the molly meowed taking a moment to think about what she needed and wanted to learn, "Well, maybe you can teach me about a simple poultice for aching joints?" she asked. In truth ever since she had hurt her paw while out on patrol a few moons ago it had been acting up and still hadn't fully healed. Her muscles in the leg were often tightened in the morning and needed a lot of stretching to be of any use.

Sandyshell
“Good idea,” she nodded and turned away to reach into her stores. Aching joints weren’t uncommon in Riverclan due to all the swimming and water contact, so Sandyshell had plenty of ragwort and daisy leaves readily collected. “Have you been experiencing some pain in your legs?” she wondered aloud. Yes, this was meant to be a simple lesson, but if she could treat a patient at the same time then all the better.
