Golden Light[C]

Goldenfern led the way through the territory, her two daughters at her heels. She had Lichenwing's agreement for her to take Brindlepaw out for a training session today. She stopped as soon as she reached her destination and turned to give each of her daughters a lick between the ears. "Today is a simple assessment. Both of you will spar with me at the same time. This tests your teamwork, which I'm sure both of you have already covered," She explained. She had gone through it with Hickorypaw and while back, and Lichenwing should have already taught Brindlepaw the basics. She got into position and signalled for her kits to begin.

Brindlepaw was excited for the change in training schedule, especially since it was with her sister and mother. "Okay!" The apprentice replied happily. In response to their activity, she tried to shuffle Hickorypaw out of Goldenfern's earshot to discuss tactics. "So what we're going to do is I am going to attack first and try and distract her. Then you zoom in from nowhere and catch her by surprise. and BAM we've won." Brindlepaw sat back on her haunches, a smug expression on her face as she watched her sister's reaction to the plan. It was obviously going to work perfectly, since that it was her who came up with it. If Hickorypaw didn't like it, it wasn't her problem.
