Specklewish didn't know much about Thrushnose. Only that he had been trained by Eveningmoon, and even then, it's hardly any info about the tom himself. Still, Specklewish wasn't one to turn down a patrol, no matter how little he knew the cat he was patrolling with. Keeping his paws steady (or, attempting to), he made his way over to the brown-furred tom. "Hey, we're on a patrol." He mewed. "Meet me at the entrance when you're ready." Glancing back at the weird pink thing on his tail as he flicked it, Specklewish let out a huff and began to walk over to the camp's entrance. Hopefully the thing on his tail didn't prove to be too much of a distraction.

Thrushnose felt his ears perk upon hearing the words of Specklewish, yellow eyes blinking up at him in acknowledgment. They both hadn't gotten acquainted, as much as he wished he could with the tom, though perhaps this patrol would be a good opportunity to change that. Offering a firm nod, he gave his fur one last lick before rising to his paws, promptly padding towards the entrance where the warrior stood waiting for him.

"I'm ready. We can go now, then." His eyes flickered toward the pink thing on his tail, his tail raising in curiosity for a moment. Still, he didn't know whether or not it would be appropriate to point it out (without the intention of offending Specklewish), so he simply led the way out in silence. It wasn't until they began walking further into the distance that he spoke up again. "Are we going on a hunting, or border patrol? Just wanted to know."
