Dusk Patrol

It was dusk when Sprucebark waited patiently for his mum to show up at the camp exit so that they could begin their patrol together. Alot had been on the warriors mind lately and he had talked with Perchstar alot about it and was happy to get a patrol now with his mum as well. He had been thinking nonstop about the code to the point he was obsessing over it somewhat. Picking apart the words of the code to try and gain a deeper knowledge of it and see how it applied to the gathering of late. Alot of his clanmates were not happy about the gathering... but he was kind of fascinated and captivated by the implications it had on the rules and code of law.

Such an intersting amount of questions it brough up about leaders and the code and how they interacted. Sprucebark had talked to perch about it in great detail and now he was hoping to also do the same here to get even more knowledge and insight into such things.

When his mum came over to join him at the camp exit to begin their patrol he was clearly very excited and happy to be underway. Even more so than usual the tomcat was almost to the point of extatic happiness to get to talk more about the code and the areas surrounding it. He always had been a good warrior in terms of taking patrols in good spirits but this was even beyond that.

His tail practically wagged as they got to begin. He tried to think of questions and fun hypotheticals just like perchstar and him had done on their talk of the code and gatehring.

"How have you been mum?" he asked formally of course. Despite being so eager to discuss such things he of course was still formal as ever and wanted to be sure that Poppyshine was doing alright.
