Singedfox was bored - the cats in ShadowClan were boring to him now. After seeing them day after day, he needed excitement in his life. A thrill. Something to make his heart race. Not necessarily a fight, that would be too common nowadays. But what exactly he wanted it to be, he couldn't say. He'd know when he saw it. Patrols were meant to be in duos at least, but he didn't want to pay any heed to that. The challenge to Nightstar's authority was only minimally meeting the need. The sleek black and white tom slinked along the edge of the Thunderpath as the sun weakly bore down on it. The occasional monster roared past, but even Twolegs and monsters have lost the thrill as of late. The Thunderpath was quiet for a few minutes when a crackle of leaves on the other side caught his attention. Stopping in his tracks, Singedfox perked his ears and cocked his head. Quizzically, he studied the other side.
