This Isn't Kit-Proof! [C]

Crookedkit knew many cats in SkyClan, but that did not mean that he knew them well. Just as how he knew that Fogfeather was their medicine cat, but he did not know much about him outside of that fact. He hoped that they could become really really really good friends. And the only way to become friends was to talk to him.

So naturally, he went into the medicine den.

“Fogfeather?” Crookedkit called as he entered. The smell of all of the herbs was dizzying and he blinked several times to be able to see straight. It wasn’t bad—just overwhelming. He did not immediately see Fogfeather in the den, which was weird, because he thought medicine cats just lived in the medicine den. But while he was here, he started looking around. There were so many cool herbs in here! There were leaves and cobwebs and berries and they all looked and smelled delicious in one way or another. (Okay the little pile of what looked like bile did not smell delicious, but everything else did!)

He lifted his paws up onto a little raised area where some of the herbs were kept and he leaned in close to sniff them. He wasn’t going to eat them, no matter how delicious they smelled. He just wanted a good whiff!
