Stormdance

Stormdance stretched before settling down beside the entrance to camp, waiting for his companion for the Sunhigh patrol to join him. He was content and calm. Rowanpaw had been occupied with the dawn patrol, so Stormdance had slept in a little, and then spent the rest of the morning hunting with Brookstone. They'd had a fun and successful hunt, and so Stormdance felt energized for his patrol. He always enjoyed patrols, as he liked getting the chance to enjoy the territory and bask in it's beauty. Especially now, with the changing of the seasons. He was still marveling at the changes to the surroundings, haven never seen the leaves turn colors before.

He hadn't spent much time personally with Kitespring, but he was hoping to get to know her a bit on this patrol. He really needed to spend more time with his clanmates. He spent plenty of time helping out with the kits or training his apprentice, but beyond Brookstone, Poppyshine, and occasionally Owlshriek, he didn't really spend much time with other warriors. He always got more anxious when he tried to. His mother had been scolding him for isolating himself lately. 

When he spotted Kitespring heading his way, he got to his feet and offered a smile. "Good morning, Kitespring. Are you ready to go?" He greeted with a polite dip of his head.
