So first I want to apologize for being so spotty recently - it was not my intention nor in my plans to be, as it usually is. I've filled the staff team in on most of this, so now it's time for the site as well. So for the last week, I've been fighting an upper respiratory illness. Of course, work has been relentless, so I've been waking up, flushing sinuses and taking medicine, going to work for 8-9 hours, coming home and helping my son with schoolwork, cooking dinner, and going to bed by 8 PM. Of course, that leaves very little time for anything else, so what time I've had has been spent on ceremonies, moonstones, and attempting to write a response to the gathering that exponentially increases every time I sneeze (which has been very often this week). I've been drafting a full response, adding to it as I have time, but I haven't been able to fully finish it yet. On top of all of this, there's been a lot of changes at work. I've accepted a promotion that will have me training and traveling, which I'm really looking forward to. Of course, with it comes training someone to take my place. Additionally, two of my coworkers are pursuing other opportunities, so I'm also having to train replacements for them. Long story short, I'm pulled in a thousand directions. As usual, when I have time to hop on, I will perform ceremonies and moonstones first, followed by admin only duties, then go into basic site maintenance and general responses. I will try to get to each topic within 3-5 days of a response, but I can't promise anything until things calm down, which are looking to be a while. I'm looking into solutions to cut down my workload, so I may be around more, but there's nothing set in stone currently other than a ton of work. So your patience is extremely appreciated, as is any good vibes sent my way (I know I'm gonna need all I can get).

In regards to my staff survey results - I usually put a response of some kind up, and I have screenshots but unfortunately haven't been able to compile anything enough to post a total response. A lot of the concerns were regarding my spottiness on discord and on site - most of which relate back to work and the recent developments. Another large part of that is my phone is falling apart, and it's currently the only thing I have to post and check in on discord. I should be getting a new phone Saturday or Sunday this coming weekend, but until then I'm stuck with a phone that routinely dies from 30%-40%. I will strive to make my presence known more often, I just have been avoiding starting or jumping into conversations I may not be able to complete at the time, but I will certainly make a more conscious effort to jump in when I can.
