Note: These sign-ups are not first come, first serve. Characters chosen will be done based off of a very specific criteria and if we think the characters are a good fit for the position. Any one is welcome to sign-up and we encourage people of all clans! There is no limit to the amount of characters you can apply with as long as they meet the criteria laid out below.

Hello there and welcome to this vague plot role sign-ups page! If you're looking for specifics or details (perhaps even scouring for hints of the upcoming sitewide) you will not find them here. Characters who are signed up are at my mercy, in a sense, meaning you will not know what you're signing up for unless you are selected.

What we are looking for in this sign-up: Characters who are easily influenced, or could be driven to do something in a desperate attempt to improve things, either for themselves or their clan. Meaning, this would be extreme measures taken, in a sense. For some, it might be a normal thing they would do in character. For others, like mentioned, a response to the harsh conditions of the forest coming down on them. As the roleplayer, you must be open to your character taking an unexpected direction, as you have no idea what you're walking into. But I can guarantee one thing... this will be a fun in character opportunity.

Character Name: Appledapple
Clan: ThunderClan
In what way do you think your character would fit this role? She is often hot-headed and quick to make decisions that might be unwise. Recently she has learned a modicum of caution, but any extreme circumstance could easily cause her to relapse. Current circumstances could easily make her desperate, and once she has made a decision, she will probably stick with it whether or not it is wise.

Character Name: Ashstorm
Clan: Skyclan
In what way do you think your character would fit this role? A flaw of Ashstorm's is that she's too trusting, meaning if a different cat tried to influence her she would likely assume the best of them and assume that they were trying to help. She would do anything to help her clan without hesitation. With the current weather and circumstances, she would be even more desperate to help her clan.

Character Name: Waterlily
Clan: Thunderclan
In what way do you think your character would fit this role? She really loves Thunderclan and would do anything to help it. If there was not enough food or the cold was causing illness, she would not stand by, she would do whatever she could to help.

In what way do you think your character would fit this role? She is not one big on trust, but if she needed to save her own fur she would do almost anything.

Character Name: Big Man Kevin
Clan: Loner
In what way do you think your character would fit this role? He is a big idiot who is super trusting because he thinks everyone is beneath him. He also is just horrible at this loner life and doing things like catching food, and especially in winter he will be very desperate.

In what way do you think your character would fit this role? Lionpaw is determined to do anything possible to make his name known and respected by Bloodstar. He would do anything to accomplish this, and stop at no lengths. He wants what's best for SkyClan, and trusts his judgement on it even though he lacks the experience behind it.

Character Name: Aspenpaw
Clan: RiverClan
In what way do you think your character would fit this role? He's unlikeable at best, but he wants to be liked so badly by his clanmates and literally anyone else that he'll do anything. He especially craves approval from elder warriors or those in positions of seniority, and would more than likely make some bad (or good) decisions if it meant praise from anyone he admires even slightly. I think deep down he also probably cares more about his clan than he'll ever admit.

Character Name: Stoatfur
Clan: Thunderclan
In what way do you think your character would fit this role? Stoatfur, at his core, is a judgmental and selfish creature. This comes mostly from his fear of connecting with others. As the season grows harsher, he becomes more desperate to preserve the clan and himself. While Stoat is a very analytical creature, this can at times be a detriment when he moves away from moral thoughts in favor or logical ones.

Character Name: Beetlepaw
Clan: RiverClan
In what way do you think your character would fit this role? Beetlepaw is reeling from the death of their brother Bumblepaw, and is spiraling a bit. They were already very easily influenced, but now they're even MORE so. They are desperate to protect their family in any way they can, and their longing for things is very strong.

Clan: Windclan
In what way do you think your character would fit this role? Ashfall has been at the end of her rope for... a hot minute, like seconds away from just doing something awfully impulsive. She would die a million times over to keep her clan safe, and might just become a terrible hypocrite to do it, because her main thing is justice, and she might end up being the one committing those crimes.

Character Name: Hawkpaw
Clan: Windclan
In what way do you think your character would fit this role? CHAOS. BABY. that is all. But not really, Hawkpaw does what he wants, but he also wants to defend his clan. If he thinks he is doing the right thing, nobody can stop him, except for Coyotepaw probably.

Character Name: Jaystar

In what way do you think your character would fit this role? jay is a very self-serving character who was unfortunately thrust to the helm through convenient divine intervention, which has now forced him into a place where he's constantly trying to make the right decision- and his attempts at doing so aren't always very successful (ie. kite joining rc, becoming leader, etc.). he's driven by the need to make things better for those he cares for/is told to care for, so it stands to reason that he could easily be influenced under the right guise.

Character Name: Blackpaw
Clan: Riverclan
In what way do you think your character would fit this role? Blackpaw has always strived to do the best for his clan and his family. He may be young but he finds himself pondering what the future may hold and how he might have to act in order for everyone to be safe and healthy. He loves his family unconditionally and with the recent passing of his brother Bumblepaw, his worrying and need to look after them has increased. In his current state, he'd be easily influenced to do what he must to keep his clan in good shape. He would do anything for his clan, anything for his family. If it meant that they'd be alright in the end, he'd probably do it.
