 | | Rogue Ranking Updates and Changes | |
Hello again WCC! The staff team has been working a bit to update and improve rogue ranking and to make it more balanced with the ranking that happens within the Clans. A brief overview of the changes made can be found in the list below, but please be sure to read up on the full changes in the Rank System.
- Previously, the rogue ranking was rather strenuous and overall much more difficult than the Clan ranking. This has been modified so that it is more balanced and follows a similar trajectory as the Clan ranking.
- Old rogue ranking only consisted of three tiers, and members were not able to use their highest tier rogue to get an additional slot. This has also been modified- there are now four rogue tiers, and the fourth rogue tier permits an additional slot. This functions exactly like MC ranking.
- As a result of an additional tier being added, the stats for rogues have been updated as well.
- Rogue development topics have been added! These function exactly like warrior and medicine cat development topics and a certain amount are required for each rank up and may not be repeated within the same rank.
With these changes, staff has decided to allow anyone currently using the old ranking system to continue to do so until they reach the next rank, should they choose to do so. After that, they must use the new ranking system. It is completely optional, and members will not lose any ranks that they currently have with these incoming changes. The old rogue ranking requirements have been listed in a spoiler below for anyone who wishes to continue using them for their next rank-up. - Spoiler:
