Where the Light Ends [Territory Claim]

The night air was cold, a sharp wind bringing with it the scent of Windclan's border markings. Mistyfalcon silently stalked forward, marking the border for Shadowclan where it was needed. Prey would be getting scarce soon, and Shadowclan would need every bit of territory they could get. That meant keeping their border markings fresh... And Mistyfalcon wasn't happy with how stale they seemed to be as he moved along the outcropping, marking the stones as he went. Shadowclan had been distracted with rogues recently, but Vea's group was dealt with, and that meant they needed to keep their borders strong.

Shadowclan is claiming the Hidden Outcropping.

Murkystrike started on the far side of the clearing, marking along the way and rubbing her long fur on the stones. Their wounds still stung, but the other clans would see that ShadowClan was as strong as it had always been, if not stronger. There would be no mistaking that. Besides, WindClan relied heavily on their quick bursts of speed to hunt... They would find it difficult to hunt with all of these rocks. As she neared Mistyfalcon, the new border fully marked, she offered him a small, tentative smile. With this extra land, perhaps they wouldn't go as hungry this winter.
