Frogkit sat at the entrance of the nursery, her tail wrapped around her little paws. She watched with wide green eyes as cats chatted nervously around the highrock before leaving. Although she was a small kit, she could feel the tension in the way the warriors talked among themselves in hushed whispers. She quietly observed the camp, attempting to tune out the wails of the other kits.
