Limitations Won't Stop Us [Closed for Little Ripped]

Determined to make a good first impression, Robinpatch woke up earlier than he normally would to get a bit of a head start. He didn't want to be late for Scarlet's first day of training. She'd been so excited during her ceremony and he didn't want to dampen her mood by keeping her waiting too long or delaying her training more than necessary. He wanted to be a much better mentor for this apprentice than he was with...his first apprentice...

After taking a few moments to stretch and clear his groggy vision, the warrior left the comfort of his nest behind and briskly made his way over to where the apprentices slept and began to pick out the pelt of his apprentice among the sea of pelts. Once she was spotted, he carefully padded around the various tails and other limbs to get to her sleeping form. As soon as he reached her, he gently prodded her side with a paw. "Scarletpaw. It's time for your first day of training. Meet me at the camp entrance and I'll then tell you what we'll be doing." He waited there just a bit longer to see if she was actually going to wake up and left as soon as he was reassured. He then headed over to the rendezvous spot to wait for said she-cat.

Scarletpaw had been very excited the night before she was going to train.  She stayed up long past the sky became a dark shade of blue and the other apprentices were asleep.  They all were more experienced than her and she still looked up to them, even though she wasn't a kit anymore.  She didn't talk to many of them though, she was to shy.  Soon enough, the lids of her eyes felt heavy and she didn't want to move.  Her mind drifted into complete darkness, no dreams in sight.

A paw kept hitting her side and she gave a complaining grunt.  She was so tired and just wanted to sleep a little bit more.  It was too early for her.  The cat who had nudged her with his paw spoke about meeting at the edge of camp and the half asleep she-cat agreed, but didn't really listen.  Finally, her brain comprehended the words that the older cat had said and realized what today was.  Excitement ran through her again.

She got out of the den and went to the spot where he said to meet.  She came towards her mentor.  She was very excited, but kept most all of it in and remained calm.  Scarletpaw walked up to him.  "Alright," she said, her voice was naturally soft and quiet.  "What are we going to do first?"
