Flower Crown 101 [Open]

Roe stepped back to let the cats start to introduce themselves, padding over to check on the flowers that he had gotten collected one last time. His ears were turned to listen to the voices, a small purr rising as a few seemed to recognize each other and they sounded like they were getting along well. Then, Thalia spoke up, asking where to start. "Right!" he meowed as he turned, tail-nub twitching excitingly as he hopped over the flowers so they were laid out between him and his 'students.' "First thing is that you need a vine! I have a collection of different lengths," he meowed, waving a paw toward a small pile of vines that laid not far from the flowers. "Work with each other, try to find a vine that can be wrapped comfortable around your head and sit nicely on top. Like...This," he pulled out one length of vine at random, pinning it to the ground as he nudged it into a circle shape.

With deft paws - and some help with his teeth to complete the knot - he made it into a circle which remained even as he picked it up to show it to the group before him. "It can take practice to learn how to tie it - don't worry about having it be neat and tight on your first try. This is all for fun, after all," he meowed around the vine, before he dropped it to the ground. He ran his tongue over his teeth, trying to chase the taste of the vine away before he shook his head. "After that, pick flowers of any color of your choosing and carefully tie the stems around the vine. This can be tricky as the stems are much smaller and can snap with to much force but I have faith that you all will be able to do it! Just cover it with as many flowers as you want and...Then you have a flower crown!" he meowed, straightening up a little with a smile. He...Did hope he had done a suitable job explaining, he had actually never taught anybody how to make flower crowns. "If you have any questions or need help, don't be afraid to ask me!"
