"I think that's enough excitement for one day..." She agreed, testing her shoulder. Sore, but manageable, she decided. She could put her weight on it, which was good. Turning, Smokepaw went and retrieved the squirrel from where it had fallen.
At Bloodpaw's response, Smokepaw let out a soft laugh. "It can't be too different from other birds, right? Skyclan's diet has been rather monotonous lately..." Smokepaw's whiskers twitched in amusement as she relaxed slightly now that the fight was over. And really, she was just dying to see the reactions from her clanmates. Sunflower, especially.
"I'm sure there's feathers to salvage, either way. They could be used for bedding at least." She added thoughtfully, turning in the direction of camp.
