Just Chillin.

Featherpaw sat by herself, licking her paw, that ached for no reason. She found the source, a thorn lodged into her paw. She tugged at it, but couldnt grip it.

Blazrpaw walked up and saw the thorn in her paw. He quickly pulled it out carefully making sure it was straightly coming out.

Featherpaw looked up to him.
"Thank you!"
She said licking Blazepaw on the ear.
"I've never met you before? What's your name?"
She mewed.

Blazepaw smiled and nodded indicating "no problem" "My name is Blazepaw. Shiningpride is my mentor. And you're..Featherpaw, right?"

She smiled back.
"Well, Blazepaw, I do just so happen to be Featherpaw. Leapordheart is my mentor, and yep, thats about it."
She said shrugg, and licking the wound on her pad.
"How long have you been an apprentice?"
She asked, her blue eyes curious.

Blazepaw innocently shrugged "For a while."

She frowned.
"Sounds like no fun, you should be a warrior."
Featherpaw nodded, confirming the information to herself.
"Do you know all th cats around here?"
She asked, looking around the camp.

Leopardheart sat next to the two apprentices. "Featherpaw."

Blazepaw nodded at Feather's question than took offense to her response "For a while could eman anything, you know."

Feather turned to her mentor.
"Yes Leapordheart,?"
Then she looked at Blazepaw.
"No I don't know what you mean."
She said softly.

Blazepaw sighed and said "For a while could just mean for a couple weeks or a moon. Doesn't mean i was an apprentice for a super duper long time..super duper."

Feather blushed under her fur.
"Yeah that's right, I had a furnalled moment."
She said shyly.

"hello, Featherpaw and Blazepaw!"
Sunpaw said as she stretched and yawned after
emerging from the apprentices' den.
"hello, Leopardheart."
She nodded respectfuly towards the deputy.

Feather smiled at Sunpaq, glad to have the conersation changed.
"Hello, Sunpaw!"
She said.

"What are you doing today?"
she asked.
