Rosekit had buried her nose into Firflower's warm soft pelt. Letting out a gentle happy purr as she peacefully napped snuggling with her mother. Rosekit was adopted, she didn't know her first mother. But since Firflower was now taking care of her, guiding her, and protecting her. She couldn't be happier to have Firflower in her life Rosekit didn't know a lot about Skyclan but she did know that the clan was pretty small. There weren't many kits in the nursery maybe around five or three but Rosekit still managed to have a lot of fun with the other kits and her mother.

One thought weighed heavily these days on the usually light-hearted she-cat. Her first love and mate, Cloudroar, had been missing for well over a moon. Since Firflower's first litter had long left kithood behind, now more that ever did she feel the pang of loneliness, a feeling so cold it made the outside world feel like Greenleaf. So when this opportunity arose to care for what seemed to be one of the rarest members of SkyClan - a kit - she practically tripped over her own paws to take it. And now that she looked down at the tiny ball of flame by her side, she could feel the frost encircling her heart melt away once more. The queen moved her tail to rest on the she-kit's exposed back. Now, she would do all she could to have her daughter, Rosekit, to blossom in full glory within the heart of SkyClan.

Her baby blue eyes had only opened a few days ago, so she still wasn't able to see very well, Rosekit slowly awoke from her nap. She tried to stand up but she was still pretty wobbly on her paws. Her eyes squinted at the gentle ray of light that was reflecting on the nursery. Rosekit still hadn't been outside of the nursery but she was excited to see what adventures would await her in the camp. "Momma can I see camp soon?"
