Rolling Thunder (CLOSED)

Leaf-bare has arrived and not only the clan cats were aware of that. The snowstorm fell over the land, relentless and with no compassion. The sound of the ferocious wind and the roaring thunders that seemed to split the night sky apart didn't make it any better for the creatures who lived in the farm. Twolegs were hiding in their massive dens made of wood, safe from the dangerous storm but their dogs weren't so lucky to have that. With the snow falling like a waterfall over the warehouse and the blizzard hitting the fragile wooden foundations, the animals could only think on a way to escape this madness as they ran and tried to scratch the door that kept them captive. Scared and stressed, the huge dogs yapped, pulling with all their strength so they could break free. Although their wild determination seemed unbreakable, a flash of blinding light crossed the sky to the ground, accompanied by the immediate sound of something crashing.

For a second, the dogs went silent and became paralyzed by the sudden event that didn't quite understand. Due to the chaotic blizzard, no cracking sound was heard while the broken tree started to give up to gravity. The massive, an obscure silhouette of the nearby beech tree fell over the roof of the warehouse, breaking it apart in an explosion of snow and twigs. However, once the initial chaos was over and snow started to freeze their bodies, the alpha of the group walked through one of the open cracks that the incident had caused.

He was finally... free.

Despite the snow cooling down his paws, the massive dog who for the first time finally tasted the feeling of freedom howled, calling for the rest of his group before he rushed to the woods. Out there, even if they were without their masters, they would be able to hunt as much as they could and be free to do what they wanted. No more leashes or just scraps of food. Out there, in a wood plenty of prey, they were going to take what they wanted.

With the last bark, the group of dogs flee the place, not being noticed the of the farm, and they disappeared into the blizzard, entering into the depths of the clan territories in search for a new place to live... and kill...
