Blazing Glory [semi-open]

Nuzzled up in the far corner of the Nursery, Blazeflight watched carefully as her kits stirred. Nettlekit, Vixenkit, and Pinekit, each of them snuggled up against the warmth of her belly. Her bright orange fur stood out against the moss and grass that lined the Queen's nest, but blended in perfectly with that of her kits. Pinekit's brown fur had immediately sent a pang of grief through her chest when she was born- she looked exactly like Waspstep. But nevermind that, there wasn't enough time in a day to wallow on the past. Gently placing her tail over Pinekit's shoulders, she smiled gently. It was time for them to wake up, and they'd be able to go out into camp again today. Perhaps they could meet a couple of their Clanmates, learn about the world. "Good morning, sunshines."

Nettlekit wriggled against his mother and his sister's. His tiny pink mouth yawned, as he looked up at his mother. The Tom's dark green eyes were filled with wonder and kit gleams.

The very firey she-cat next to Nettlekit pawed at her mother, standing slowly to wobble over closer to her mother's head. She was a gorgeous fox colored tabby, so close to an actual fox.

Pinekit snuggled in closer to her mother. She didn’t want to get up just yet - not when it was so warm and cosy, right up close to her littermates and her mother. She exhaled gently at her mother’s touch. It was lovely. She opened her mouth wide in a yawn, drearily blinking her eyes open. She yawned again, missing sleep already.
