Shade’s grin widened. ”Excellent. Let’s go.” He climbed off the weakened tom and rather violently yanked him up to his paws, then began shoving him along down the alleyway from behind. He didn’t dare let his guard down just in case the RiverClanner decided a foolish attempt to make a break for it.
