Sedge and Plover (Closed)

There was an itch. Deep under Sedgestrike's pelt, an itch that made him stalk around camp in a mental rage. Every once in awhile, he paused to stop and look in the direction of the medicine den. Where his daughter still laid recovering. Where his former apprentice was once ripped away to. A snarl returned to his lips, as he forced himself to pull himself away and stalk towards the apprentices den.

Forget Poplarstar, and the others. He sniffed at the apprentice at his feet, Ploverpaw was probably skilled enough to hunt. He leaned down and nudged him sharply.
"Get up. You're hunting with me today." He meowed sharply before he stalked back out into the dawn sunlight.

Ploverpaw sat up quickly at the warrior's nudge and snarl. "O-okay!" The apprentice didn't expect Sedgestrike to come to him for a patrol but he wasn't going to complain or push his luck with the warrior. The gray and white tom padded out of the den following the warrior without complaint.
