Rowankit padded out of the nursery, his fern-green eyes glittering in surprise, "It's so big!" His mother walked up behind him. He dashed out into the middle of camp and rolled in the dirt, his cloud-white tail turning almost a wet dirt color. Then he smelled the smell. The black kit turned around and sniffed a pile of voles, mice, and birds. They smell so good! AND delicious! He thought as he ripped into a small, grey, vole. His mother pulled him back from it. His dusty, white tail smacked her across her face. "Sorry!" his mother rid his dirt from his tail, and it was a sparkling white again. He padded by the apprentices' den, his green eyes gleaming with pride, I'm going to live there someday! He looked at the warriors' den and saw some warriors dozing off. I'm going there after that! And finally, he looked up at the leader's den. What is that place? He dashed up/under the high rock and peered inside. He didn't see anyone. "Huh?" He padded inside and smelt the leader, but he didn't know what it was, so he stepped in a bit further. He glanced around again, making sure that he wasn't being watched. He noticed there was only one nest and he quickly realized... Uh oh... this is the leader's den.
