Dreaming of Change.

Brightfire nudged the side of his face with her nose. "Moonsage... It'll be okay. I'll meet you in Silverpelt." She smiled at Sunpaw. "Of course."

SunPaw felt reassured. atleast, even though she wont get stuck, lilypaw will have help when she is stuck, SunPaw thought.

"I'm not going early.." Moonsage said. "I'll see you, once my life is fulfilled. Until then, I'm going to continue with helping my Clan."

"That's a good decision Moonsage." Brightfire said.

She sighed. SunPaw had never understood the friendship between medicine cats, atleast, until now. laying down on a rock now, she felt a slight breeze aproaching.
"so... when will it happen?"

He nodded. "Don't TRY to die, though. It'll come, if they said it will."

"Sometime after Lilypaw's training."

"hopefully it will come lightly, and not a badger kills you. that would be terrible..."

Moonsage laughed lightly at the apprentice's imagination. "Yes, that would."

"I have an idea on how I will die."

"when i die.... when i die, i want to die fighting. i will either die fighting bramblepaw or in a great territory fight.
and i want to be well-known when i die."

Moonsage asked, "What?"

Featherkit sat wide-eyed all the while starring at Brightfire. She didnt know he well, but she still didnt want her to die. "Maybe, after Lilypaw has been a MedicingeCat for awhile, I will get to be apprenticed." She said slightly, laying down beside Sunpaw, trying to find comfort in her fur. She stuck her cold nose deep into the her brightpelt, felling it being warmed. "When I die, I want to have been a Medicine Cat, served my Clan. I want to have kits though too. Maybe one of two of them will end up as Medicine Cats." The small grey striped kit nodded to herself. "Like you will have, Brightfire." She said bowing her head to the she-cat.

Swiftstar was in a tree, but decided to come out. "I'm sorry, i shouldn't have been eavesdropping... But... You are dying?... " Swiftstar asked.

Featherkit jumped at the sight of Swiftstar popping out of a tree. "Oh Moon!" She mewled, scooting closer to Sunpaw, hopping her name would radiat some warmth on this cold night. "You scared me Swiftstar." She said quietly.
