A Wolf's Hunt

Wolfpaw looked at Brightpaw "Nice to meet you Brightpaw, I'm Wolfpaw" he said. As he heard Snailbelly he turned around quickly and looked at the tom "Ugh I fought we would be able to go before some warrior noticed" he mumbled quietly for himself.

OOC: Best pun ever xD

OOC: You forgot the S. There were many, many puns. ALSO, I think Wolf and Spot could become friends by finding themselves a good team for catching prey or something, I mean they have to have a reason. Don't listen to me though, I don't know how to make friends, it just happens.

IC: Spotpaw looked at Wolfpaw. "Yeah, everybody on this patrol, except Snailbelly and you, are my siblings." He turned to look at everybody. "I think we should leave now," He declared. "I came here to hunt, not to talk."

OOC: You're right that would be a good idea for them to become friends, I was thinking that mabye when Wolf misses a piece of prey and it starts running Spots way and Spot would catch it, or something like that

IC: Wolfpaw glanced at Snailbelly and then he started walking towards the camp entrance when Snailbelly was pretty close.

Brightpaw smiled and followed the others out of camp. He watched them closely, afraid of messing up or acting weird in front of new cats who he didn’t know.

Frostpaw padded after her brothers, denmate Wolfpaw, and the warrior Snailbelly, a contented purr beginning to rumble in her throat. The leaf-bare chill in the air caused her fur to fluff out. The young she-cat's fluffy tail waived in excited anticipation of the hunt.

IC: Spotpaw walked out of camp and immediately saw something rustle in the leaves. It was feathery- a bird, obviously- and he automatically hissed quietly, "Shhh!" He dropped into a hunting crouch and crept towards it. He Leapt at it, but it leaped away at the last second. "Frog dung!" He growled.

Frostpaw saw sudden movement out of the corner of her eye grow suddenly still. She looked closer in that direction and saw a squirrel with its attention locked on Spotpaw and his missed bird. It was watching her brother intensely, not noticing the presence of the other cats. The young she-cat took the opportunity to crouch and get as close as she could to it as quickly as she could before darting after it....Whether it noticed her or decided sitting there and risking Spotpaw catching it was a bad idea, Frostpaw wasn't sure. Either way, just as she began to sprint after it, the squirrel hightailed it to the nearest tree and was too high too fast for the apprentice to catch it. She sat down and flicked her tail in agitation, eyeing it with open hostility.
