The Brookes Last Battle

Pigeon grunted at the harsh contact, she'd have bruises later for sure... She coughed, the breath knocked out of her. She had to think fast or she'd be open for multiple types of death blows. Kicking her hind legs out, she pummeled the other's stomach.

Brooke who flew of the other cat coughed a couple times before she growled feeling her anger grow inside her. She hissed loudly and threw herself at the other she-cat again and swiped at her.

Pigeon staggered, the sting of claws fueled her energy and she doubled back, raking her claws down the other's face. "You seem nervous," she meowed between breaths. "You should be."

"Nervous? Ha dream on!" she meowed between her heavy breathing. Her anger grew even more inside her and she where starting to lose control over her own actions. She clawed quickly and uncontrollably at her, missing most of the time, making her more angry.

"Really?" Pigeon laughed and gave the other a hard shove after the strikes mostly missed. She sneered, "I have to say, I don't believe you." Her fur was disheveled now, the kittypet appearance she often aimed to have was completely gone. No more facade if a harmless pet remained now.

Brooke crouched a little and breathed loudly "[color=#ff0000]Well you should! Not even a kit would be nervous around you![color] she hissed and glared at the other she-cat.

Pigeon was unimpressed and gave the other a flat look. "Uh huh, sure." She moved quickly in a flash of claws slashing across her face and chuckling.

Brooke hissed and swiped back at the other cat. Then she leaped up onto her back and grapped her scruff the same time as she dug her claws into her fur.

Pigeon snarled at the feeling of claws being dug into her and struggled to roll over and detach her attacker. She could feel blood welling up in small amounts on her body from the battle.

Brooke hissed and dug her claws even further into the other cat, refusing to let lose of her grip. At the same time she tryed not to get squished by the other cat.

Pigeon shook herself vigorously when the other wouldn't let go, finally managing to throw her off. With a hiss of fury, she gave her a harsh shove to get the other away from her, pushing her right into a thunderpath. Her pelt stung from the deep claw marks she received, they weren't clean ones after all that thrashing.

Brooke landed on one of her back legs. She hissed and looked at the other cat. She heard a monster approaching and got up, as she did so she felt a sting of pain. She saw the monster coming closer. She started limping as quickly as she could towards the side of the road. She turned her head to look at the monster just as it hit her and the wheels crushed her bones.

Pigeon's fur stood on end as the other cat was crushed by the monster. She sighed and looked away. It was done. A battle that went far too long for one mouse. Turning away, she picked up the mouse and went home with less hunger in her and less blood as well. At least she could feed the others for another day.
