Spottedpaw needs help

Spottedpaw ran back to camp after finding where wolfkit was kept. "leader help me wolfkit was caught by a twoleg." she yelled into the camp when she caught her breath.

Leopardclaw had just gotten back from a hunting patrol; after managing to bring in a good catch by leaf-bare standards, along with having finished arranging the patrols for later today and tomorrow, the golden spotted tom was looking forward to stealing a quick nap before he went out into the freezing forest once again, but it seemed the universe had other plans.  He had been just about to duck into the warrior's den when an apprentice - Spottedpaw was her name, he remembered - crashed in through the camp entrance, calling for Blizzardstar.  His ears pricked instantly; Wolfkit...caught by Twolegs?  His hazel eyes widening, Leopardclaw dashed up to the frantic apprentice and touched his tail gently to her shoulder, a comforting gesture.  "It's going to be okay Spottedpaw, try to calm down.  Tell me what happened; everything."

Spottedpaw saw the deputy coming towards her then asked for her o explain. "well I was just showing him some trees around camp and a twoleg came out of nowhere. He grabbed wolfkit and I clawed all I could but the twoleg just wouldn't let go. I followed the twoleg all the way to its den and saw them put a collar on him. He can't escape because his fence is electric." she said while crying.

Leopardclaw's eyes narrowed seriously as the young she-cat explained the situation; he knew that now was not the time to scold her about taking a young kit out of camp without permission, if they didn't act fast one of their clanmates could end up being trapped forever in the confining lifestyle of a kittypet!  For a moment the deputy contemplated taking a couple more warriors along with them, but swiftly dismissed the thought.  If needed, he could always send Spottedpaw back to camp to gather reinforcements.  Standing up to his full height, the golden spotted tom unsheathed his claws and hissed; "Lead me to the Twoleg nest."

Spottedpaw heard his call and flicked her tail to show him to follow. Then she ran out of camp to where she remembered the den was. She got lost only two times before she found the den. "umm this is the one." she told him.
