Swanpaw dragged herself back to RiverClan camp after her defeat at the paws of the SkyClan apprentice - Driftpaw. She needed healing, loathe as she was to admit her defeat in any way at all.

Icepaw peered out of the medicine den, stray bits moss clinging to her pelt from her most recent gathering session. Swanpaw, looking quite disgruntled, was what caught her eye immediately. The scent of disappointment and spent energy clung to her pelt like burs. She'd clearly lost a fight, and looked very unhappy about it.. Though Icepaw imagined it had been a lot more thrilling than collecting moss.

"Need something?" she inquired, stepping a little further out of the den.

Oh. Ohhh. Icepaw was an apprentice, but... Should she be honest? No, it would likely only lead to trouble for the other FightClan cats. Still... Lying to a medicine cat? Best keep it technically honest, but simple. "I lost a fight. I though that much was obvious." Her tone made it clear she had no interest in elaborating, though she did feel bad.
